As a local charity and social enterprise, Fyne Futures is keen to promote training and education, particularly in such skills as may assist people in obtaining paid employment.
We are delighted to welcome Scotland’s Social Enterprise Academy to Isleof Bute to offer an opportunity for a unique learning event – Wide Horizons.
Wide Horizons is an Enterprise Team Business Challenge to develop knowledge and skills in social enterprise. The programme is for young people, 16 – 24ish, who might not have decided what they want to do for a job or career. Alternatively, might like the idea of working for themselves, or have thought about starting their own business, but not sure how to go about it.
Wide Horizons takes place over 12 days, delivered as 6 lots of 2 days, between March and May. The
participants will work as a team to bring business ideas to life.
It is very easy to get involved – just apply for a place, completethe booking form and send it in to the contact details below before Monday February 11th. An informal interview will be set for week commencing 18th February.
